“Synaxis” is a contemporary destination for Greek gastronomy in Vouliagmeni, capturing the essence of the traditional tavern through a more refined and thoughtfully curated experience.

With a focus on high-quality meat and the art of fire, our kitchen emphasizes grilling over charcoal, while also honoring authentic Greek flavors through classic appetizers and slow-cooked dishes that evoke the warmth of a family table.

The menu is curated by chef Giannis Bampalis, who brings many years of experience and specialization in meat. He combines tradition with modern techniques, creating dishes defined by clean flavors and balance.

The space is designed to offer comfort and warmth, featuring natural materials and earthy tones. At its center stands an impressive tree, while the retractable roof creates the perfect setting for evenings under the sky of the Athenian Riviera.

We place special emphasis on our ingredients, collaborating with small Greek producers, with the goal that every dish highlights the quality and authenticity of Greek cuisine.
